Vladimir Semenskiy was born in 1968 in the village of Imantau, Kazakhstan. In 1991 he graduated from the art school in Krasnoturinsk, Russia. Studied at the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin at Russian Academy of Arts. Since 2015 he is a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.Participant of the largest and most authoritative Russian and foreign art events.
