Igor Snigirev attended an art school, and later graduated from the Udmurt State University (Izhevsk) mastering in Fine Art.

Much of his works are large format realistic portraits, containing lines and colours as well. The quality, manner of performance and detailing are significant. The main subject of his works is characters and signs of popular culture. While working, he tries to gain a deep immersion into the subject and to study that, whether is rock music of the vinyl records’ time, actors from action movies on VHS from the 90s or the legends of international football. All that has influenced his generation.
